Your Card is essential. It is very easy to collect
points with the Metro loyalty Card;
Simply present your card with every Metro Market or Metro Mall purchase
in either of our two branches. To help keep you well informed, our
receipt will be indicating the latest balance of your account.
The MLC program is divided into three programs:
1. Regular: Earn one point for every 1000 LBP spent.
Example: Item costing 4000 LBP = 4 points.
2. Multiple: Special promotions will multiply the regular number
of points by a factor of 2, 3, or 4 depending on the type of promotion.
Example: For double points, an item costing 4000 LBP = points (4x2).
3. Promotional: Items on special promotion will generate a certain
fixed number of points the number of which is not necessarily determined
by selling price of the item. Example: Item costing 4000 LBP might
generate 30 points.
The gift can be chosen from our gifts catalogues, and may be redeemed
in exchange for the indicated number of points or the combination
of points plus cash. Our Customer Service Staff will be more than
happy to guide you through your selection and redemption process.
Terms and Conditions:
1. No minimum purchase is required to apply for
the Metro Loyalty Card.
2. Points will automatically be calculated and added to your balance
when you present the MLC card at the point of sale at the time of
purchase. For security reasons, points cannot be calculated without
the card.
3. Allow 48 hours for our points balance, printed on your cash register
receipt, o be updated after each transaction.
4. In case of loss or damage to the card, please contact our Customer
Service for your replacement card.
5. Points collected are not negotiable or transferable.
6. Cards are the property of Metro Superstore sarl.
7. Certain items may not be included in the MLC program and will
therefore not generate points or affect your account balance.
8. Certain gifts may be limited in quantities.
9. Delivery times of gifts will vary according to availability.
10. Special requests for home delivery of gifts will be charged
separately.
